Notably, this years parcels offer a refreshing departure from underwater lots and time shares in favor of residential property. Of the two single family residential offerings, the low opens for $100,194.76, compared to the high that opens for $156,609.85.
At an average property value of $1,162,250, the low parcel opens at a 91.37% discount to market vlaue, and the high opens at an 85.53% discount to market value.
Tax deed investors may expect to open bidding in a deep discount, but we expect market value competition to bid each parcel within 10% of market value. For now we wait. 18 days.
